Website delivery
CannedRocket does not place advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting and security provider may process IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information and security signals needed to deliver content, prevent abuse and diagnose failures. We do not use that information to build a cross-site advertising profile.
Applications
Sol Atlas
Sol Atlas does not require an account and does not send route searches, saved state or camera interaction to CannedRocket for advertising or analytics. The app may download public scientific content and optional data packs. StoreKit handles purchase transactions; CannedRocket receives entitlement status rather than your payment credentials.
Deep Atlas
Deep Atlas does not require an account and does not send selected destinations, route locks, archive seals or camera interaction to CannedRocket for advertising or analytics. Route archive progress is stored on device. StoreKit handles purchase transactions; CannedRocket receives entitlement status rather than your payment credentials.
Ukiyo-e
Ukiyo-e does not require an account and does not collect search history, favorites, interaction history or identifiers for analytics. It downloads public catalogue content through CloudKit and uses StoreKit for purchases. Rights or record submissions made through ukiyo-e.uk are governed by that site's published forms and terms.
Information you send
If you email support, we receive the email address, message and attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond, investigate the reported issue, document a correction or meet a legal obligation. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or unrelated sensitive information.
Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the request, product reliability, security, dispute resolution or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of information you supplied, subject to records we are legally required to retain.
